By Devi Shubha he had seven daughters: Bhanumati, Havishmati, Mahishmati, Mahamati, Archishmati, Sinivali, and Raka. By Devi Tara, Rishi Brihaspati had seven sons and one daughter. He also had two sons by his brother’s wife, Mamata: Kacha and Bharadvaja. Later, Bharadvaja was adopted by King Dushyanta.
